How it started

Lets start from the beginning. Intelliclear Holdings was started in a little known area called Gold Canyon, Arizona. However, our origins go back even further to our founder, Charlie Rose. Charlie started his real estate venture in Lansing, Michigan with humble beginnings fresh out of university, and quickly grew throughout the state. His ability to adapt, along with his genuine Curiosity and love of the industry quickly led to success in real estate sales. Homeowners and investors alike were hooked by his extensive knowledge, and his personality ensuring people over money. As time went on, he created connections with investors and developers in the state, quickly turning into hundreds of sales, and a constant stream of business. Due to this, he decided to intensively research everything about these models to better serve his clients, and partly for his own curiosity as well. This catapulted business even further! Moving and expanding to Arizona, he started ICH, and decided to implement what he had learned. This ultimately laid the foundation for who we are today, operating in Arizona, Michigan, and Washington state.

Our mission

ICH is a professional and highly knowledgeable service company specializing in real estate sales, real estate investments, business consulting & mentorship, financial consulting, real estate mentorship, and multiple other ventures. With clients across the world, our mission is to bring new systems to market, and teach others how to utilize the tools at their fingertips to experience the same explosive growth that we did. Our greatest moments are seeing others succeed along side us. Whether its our real estate clients, business partners, or mentorship students, we do what it takes to ensure their best chance of success. With the knowledge, resources, and connections we have accumulated throughout the years, we are able to provide top level service in anythig we are involved in. We can handle business acquisitions, mergers, or executive consulting for companies worth billions, or we can assist companies that are still struggling with getting started on making their first dollar. Within the Real Estate industry, we are pioneering the way business is being done. This industry has operated almost the same way for decades, and we think its time to switch things up to match the rest of the world. historically, it has been a complicated, costly, and confusing process, leading to many homebuyers and home sellers receiving sub-par service. This is not necessarily due to the client's fault, but rather, the agents who are ill informed, or just see each client as a paycheck (yes, we said it). At ICH, we revolutionize this idea and show that client first always means profits will follow. We have learned and taught that by providing exceptional, top-class service and insight, the money is never far behind. To take this a step further, we provide training and mentorship to many other brokerages and individual agents that wish to be better and do better. We make it easy for home buyers, home sellers, and real estate investors to understand the process, and save them money in a variety of ways, sometimes even offering a portion of our own commission as rebates, housewarming gifts, or simply more money in our clients pocket.

Where we're headed

While those are our main businesses, we are always hiring to expand our reach to shake up other industries as well. Industries such as tech, healthcare, energy, nature, philanthropy, and lifestyle are all operational under our umbrella as we push ourselves to learn more, do more, and be more.
